Return Policy

We will be happy to accept returns within 15 days of purchase. Such merchandise should not have been worn, altered or washed. Please complete the return portion of your receipt and enclose it with all designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags. When returning items, we encourage you to insure your package for the full amount of the contents. Scout is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in transit.

Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Cosmetics and sale items cannot be returned as these are final sales. Scout does not assume return shipping costs. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount will be deducted from your return or added to your exchange order.

Exchange Policy
